[[ 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL ]]
He’s not an indoor nerd in a major city in New England now. His parents, transplants from the South, made the right choice in sending him to the countryside down South to learn about the real world and become a real man. He fought them over it and lost. He gave up so easily.
It’s been six months, lack of intelligent discussion has taken its toll. That and the constant rough housing around the woods and small town. His intelligence isn’t what it used to be. He has no idea how to use a computer now. It is a pretty difficult machine to use. But he likes being outdoors, sitting on the computer on a nice day? Pfft. What a waste.
He takes supplements now, vitamins or something like that. It chills him out, makes him follow directions easier and focuses him on those directions. He thinks they are dumbing him down too. Side note, they are. Don’t tell him. His tan and muscles are coming in nicely thanks to all the yard work and constant training at the town gym, which isn’t much to it but it works. He’s going to be pretty swole in about a year or two. How exciting.
Thanks to his cousin’s comments and recommendations, he’ll never wear dorky clothes or keep his hair long again, now always buzzed down to ¼ inch or during Summer, a no guard buzz. Camo, blue jeans and shorts, sports teams shirts, sleeveless shirts and hats now. He speaks with a Southern drawl now. You listen to others with that drawl for a long time and you adapt to it. Needless to say, he can’t go back to the city ever again. He’s a happy and dumb redneck jock boy as can be.
And ya’ll are more than happy to and join him. You are his big city friend, right?
